MEBI FARM – The Journey of Bringing Clean Eggs to Every Family

Mebi Farm was founded with the dream of creating safe, high-quality food to Vietnamese people.

We chose to begin with eggs – a wholesome, nutritious, and accessible food for everyone. Our journey started with a simple question: Why are the best products always reserved for export, while local people – especially those with lower incomes – have little access to them? Mebi Farm was created to change that reality, with the vision of building a modern and ethical agriculture that supports public health and community well-being.

With more than 21 years of experience in the veterinary and aquaculture industry, Mebipha Manufacturing & Trading Co., Ltd officially launched the Mebi Farm project on March 8, 2017. The farm has been developed as a modern ecological agricultural model, applying Japanese standards and a fully closed-loop farming system, creating a complete value chain for Pinky Egg 5.0 – clean, safe, and produced with passion and dedication.

INFRASTRUCTURE

Housing equipment

Designed and manufactured by renowned groups such as Hytem (Japan) and Big Herdsman (China), ensuring biosecurity standards and optimal conditions for stock living.

Water Treatment System

Drinking water: Using UF technology to remove impurities but still retain essential minerals.

Wastewater: Treating wastewater into clean water that meets Class A standards, contributing to environmental preservation.

Manure Fermentation System

Chicken manure is fermented using composting technology, reducing odor and resulting in premium-quality organic fertilizer.

The system senses and automatically regulates the barn’s environmental parameters to ensure optimal ventilation and keep chickens in fresh air.

Egg Collection, Process & Packing System

Using automatic processing, sorting, and packaging technology from Nabel Group (Japan), the process is one-way: from the moment the eggs are laid, they are processed, packaged, and preserved. This process ensures that each egg from Mebi Farm is of consistent, premium quality. When the buyer opens the box, he is the first person to “touch” the product.

Feed Mill Factory

In-farm feed production using scientific formulas; 100% plant-based (no animal protein) to ensure fresh feed is delivered.
